I write software. I'm most familiar with websites, specifically things like writing asynchronous background jobs, interfacing with SQL databases, and preventing common race conditions. But I'm a generalist, and I have experience with sysadmin tasks and frontend web frameworks. If you asked for my specialty though, I'd have to say that it's Rails.
I try to keep my code maintainable and correct. I enjoy working on products that improve the user's experience.
I like listening to podcasts, eating flavorful food (Sichuan cuisine especially), and programming fun things. Programming can be really funny.
